ABOUT SEASON'S MUSE

Inspired by the beauty and power of the Northern New Mexico landscape and its cultures, Tania Marines created Season's Muse in 2013 to explore ways to tell stories about this amazing place.  Born in Chihuahua, Mexico and growing up in Southern New Mexico and West Texas, Tania was always exploring the arroyos and mesas of her home, and building creations out of found objects in nature.

Now partnered with Ric Gaudet of One Straw Farm, Tania grows or wildcrafts nearly all of her materials used in her artwork.  Each artwork can take hours of painstaking work securing plant materials together, but it also took untold hours growing, harvesting and drying those materials.
